- Late payments may incur a late fee.
3. Project Timeline and Deadlines:
- A project timeline with specific deadlines will be established and agreed upon by both parties.
- Delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback, delayed content) may result in adjustments to the project timeline.
- Reasonable timeframes for client feedback will be expected.
4. Communication:
- Regular communication will be maintained throughout the project.
- Preferred communication methods will be discussed and agreed upon (e.g., email, phone, video calls).
- Prompt responses to inquiries and feedback are expected from both parties.
5. Intellectual Property:
- Ownership of the final product and its intellectual property will be discussed and agreed upon before the project begins.
- Unless otherwise agreed, the client will own the final product upon full payment.
- I retain the right to showcase the project in my portfolio.

- Liability will be limited to the amount paid for the project.
